Time-In-Region Module Update


Clients managing hundreds of regions were experiencing difficulties to accurately identify a specific region at any given moment. Additionally, inconsistencies in time-in-region data were arising due to overlapping or redundant areas.
New Features:
Allow users to group regions with custom tags and colors, improving organization and searchability
Visualize existing regions while drawing a new one to prevent duplicates
Areas fully or partially contained within multiple regions will no longer double-count the time in region

Master User

Internal platform to enable customer service agents to securely access user accounts for troubleshooting and support without needing to request the user’s password.
Security Features:
Actions performed by customer service agents will now be associated with the agent’s ID instead the customer's
All agent interactions within a user’s account will be recorded for security and auditing purposes, including timestamps, actions taken, and areas accessed
Customer service manager approval will be required to define the scope of customers each agent can serve

As a tour guide in Medellin’s neighborhoods, I found it useful to design a website that helps me to quickly address commonly asked questions by the students, and share it with them to provide additional context.

Straigh forward information describing what city's project are we visiting and why it is important
Curated easy-to-read content in Spanish, and Vocabulary section for specific words or slang
Single-page website easy to navigate single handed while in public transportation
